Years ago Late Dr. Puran Chand, Founder of Dr. Puran Chand Dharmarth Trust, realized the need of quality technical education in Kaithal District and its surrounding areas. To fulfill this requirement and his personal desire, in 1998, he founded Haryana College of Technology & Management Kaithal, a brainchild of this Philanthropic Society.
